This technique is similar to conducting focus groups. However, interaction between respondents and the moderator takes place over a period of time, typically one week to a month. Respondents have more time to think about their responses and react to what others have contributed. Revised concepts can be re-introduced based on opinions made earlier in the week. They typically follow an online focus group project.
